LUNE STORE - REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Lune Store, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns
* Our return policy lasts 14 days, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
* A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.

2. Return Shipping & Fees
* Free Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns.
* No Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees applied to any returned items.
* No Final Sale Items: All items are eligible for return if they meet our standard criteria.

3. Special Conditions for High-Value Items ($60 - $80 USD and above)
* Tracked Shipping: For the security of premium goods, returns for items valued at $60 - $80 USD or more must be sent via a Tracked Shipping Service.
* Technical Inspection: These items will undergo a quality inspection within 3 business days upon arrival at our warehouse before a refund is approved.

4. Starting a Return

* If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds
* We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
* Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
